About Equal Access Partners
Equal Access Partners is a service of the Association for Equal Access (A4EA), a nationwide grassroots community advocating for disability rights since 1999. This division was created to give people with mobility impairments a direct, organized way to assert their rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Too many people with disabilities encounter the same obstacles: blocked entrances, missing curb ramps, unsafe parking layouts, and businesses that never correct violations. Our work exists to change that pattern through clear documentation, structured claims, and consistent follow-through.
We focus on practical enforcement to help those with mobility disabilities secure the compensation and accessibility improvements they are legally entitled to under the ADA. The ADA sets national standards, but those standards only matter when you can document barriers and press for remediation. We guide our members through that process with straightforward tools, plain-language explanations, and professional claim support to help you navigate ADA enforcement without the stress of going it alone.
We do not promise outcomes or exaggerate what the law can do. We concentrate on what works: accurate records, proper notice, and persistent advocacy. Our vetted attorneys handle all negotiations, and settlements ensure businesses correct violations while you are fairly compensated.
Our approach combines legal compliance, risk reduction, and advocacy to achieve meaningful outcomes for people with disabilities. When a barrier is reported, the goal is improvement, compliance, and safer access for everyone who moves through that space. Each successful claim increases the likelihood that the next person with a mobility impairment encounters a usable, welcoming environment.
Our program exists because access should not depend on luck, resources, or whether a business feels motivated to comply. It should depend only on the law and a process that people can actually navigate. That is the work we do every day, and every member strengthens that effort.
